Best solo Rust servers

It means the server has set its team size to 1. You cannot invite anyone to a team and nobody can invite you, so the in-game team system is off for practical purposes. Players can still talk in global chat and build near each other, but they get no team UI, no shared map markers and no team member indicators.

This page is a live list, not a selection. It shows every online Rust server that publishes a group limit of 1, so if a server is missing from here it either went offline or changed its limit. You can also search the Steam server browser for servers with 'solo' in the name, but that only catches servers that put it in the title.

Published schedules split almost evenly between weekly and monthly, with a smaller number on biweekly and some not stating a schedule. In practice, most regular servers wipe on the same weekday every week or two. Monthly servers tend to follow the force wipe on the first Thursday, so expect a full reset then.

The busiest solo servers draw a crowd on wipe day, but the list is smaller than the big group servers. Right now about two thirds of the servers on this page have at least one player, and the five busiest hold about a third of everyone on them. If you play outside EU peak hours, expect quieter evenings.
