Best trio Rust servers

A trio Rust server is a server where the owner has set the team limit to three players. You cannot form a group larger than three, which cuts out zergs and keeps raids decided by a few players rather than a swarm. The limit is the server's own setting, not a Facepunch rule.

They can be, but not always. A team cap of three removes the largest clans, so you rarely face a ten-man raid. Sweat level still depends on the server's population and rules. The busiest trio servers often attract organised players who run monuments all day.

It depends on the server. Facepunch's force wipe resets the map on the first Thursday of every month at 19:00 UK time. Blueprint wipes are each server's choice. Check a server's page for its wipe history and settings before you start a long wipe.
